The subscription

AUCTLANE is sold as a monthly subscription. Your plan sets how many new cars you can analyze each month, how many AI damage checks you get, and on how many PCs you can use it. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, your card is charged monthly until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from My plan → Manage billing. You keep AUCTLANE until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Estimates, not promises

AUCTLANE gives estimates — what a car may sell for, what its repair may cost, what to bid — worked out from past sales, listings and the information on the auction page. They can be wrong. Inspect every car and make your own decision; you are responsible for your bids and purchases.

Fair use

Your licence is for you and your business. Do not share your activation code, resell AUCTLANE, or try to get around its limits. AUCTLANE only reads auction pages you open yourself; use it within each auction’s own rules.

Changes

We may improve AUCTLANE and update these terms or prices. Price changes apply from your next billing month, and we tell you before they do.
